The Experience
Total Recovery 410 is the signature 80-minute experience at Room 410: a personalized recovery sequence that moves from quiet preparation, to focused technology, to Pelvic Chair restoration, to a skilled hands-on finish.
It is not four separate services. It is one deliberate sequence, designed around your body, your movement and your recovery goals, in a private suite at the Nomad Hotel in Fort McMurray.
The Sequence

01 · 20 MIN
PEMF + RED LIGHT THERAPY (RED + NIR)
A quiet, immersive beginning. A full-body PEMF mat beneath you and two large Red + Near-Infrared light stations set the tone for everything that follows.
There is nothing to do except settle in. This phase gives you time to slow down before the more focused work begins.
02 · 20 MIN
TECAR THERAPY
A focused, practitioner-guided technology phase, integrated around your needs and recovery goals.
Your practitioner uses TECAR therapy as a professional tool, guiding it with purpose and adjusting the approach to you, before moving into the next phase.
03 · 10 MIN
PELVIC CHAIR
A quiet, seated restoration phase. You sit comfortably in the Pelvic Chair while it supports deep core and pelvic muscle tone as part of your overall recovery sequence.
Effortless and private, this phase requires nothing from you except to relax in your suite.
04 · 30 MIN
KINOSTRETCH™ HANDS-ON THERAPY
The human finish. Personalized hands-on mobility, stretching and manual therapy delivered by your practitioner.
The final and longest phase brings the experience back to skilled hands, with a focus on movement and mobility that feels right for your body.

A calm, simple visit from booking to finish.
Your practitioner will talk through your goals and any health considerations before your session begins, then guide you through each phase.

About the Pelvic Chair
The Pelvic Chair is Phase 3 (Restore, 10 min) of the Total Recovery 410 experience. It is included when you book Total Recovery 410.
The Pelvic Chair is also available as a separate, bookable service on its own for clients who want a focused pelvic wellness session.
